This specially for FJR1300 and V-Max 1700 produced oil is the only one released from Yamaha for the V-Max 1700. We have experienced, particularly with our sidecars
(motorcycle with sidecar), that this oil keeps temperature 20 to 25 degrees lower in comparison with maximum temperature when conventional GL 5 oil is used. The oil within the highly loaded shaft drive should be changed every 10.000 km. |
